Randy has over 20 years of experience in the victim services field. He served 11 years as Victim Service Coordinator for the LaPlata County Sheriff’s office and 9 years with Victim Services Tracking, a software developed to aid Victim Advocates in tracking their cases and VOCA grant reporting.
Randy has also served on numerous non-profit boards, including the American Red Cross, SW Colorado Workforce Board, SW Youth Corps, SW Primary Care, Excel Charter School, Durango 9-R School District Construction Committee among others.
As Executive Director of Trailwood Foundation Inc., Randy will continue to help create and develop potential solutions that will not only help Victim Advocates & victims of crime, etc. but will now also address the urgent need for better housing solutions for the homeless as well as those needing to transition to affordable housing in our communities.
Frank has over 40 years of B2B experience in Technology,
Advertising, Publishing and Insurance industries. His Senior Management role in Sales,
Marketing, Business Planning and Operations as well as in seeking funding for
multiple web start-ups over the years has led to his success. Frank’s passion for his customers and ability
to create new contacts and deals drives him to be constantly engaged in all
areas as a hands-on leader.
At Trailwood Foundation, Frank as Vice President of Business
Development will be instrumental in working with the team in promoting,
marketing and driving new funding for Trailwood Foundation as well as building
new relationships within our community of Victim Service Professionals and Law Enforcement
personnel.
Masood has been a successful entrepreneur as CEO of a very successful reseller organization as well as served in multiple leadership and senior management positions in his 35 years career all revolving around sales, marketing, business development and strategy. His experience in developing new models and keen insight into analyzing and reaching quick outcomes in complex sales, marketing and financial situations has been a key factor in his involvement and success in key advisory roles in the reseller industry as well as with his employees and customers. Masood understands and brings a unique combination of creating trust and long-term friendships with everyone he meets leading to mutual success.
